Donna is a fully qualified animal physiotherapist and veterinary nurse and set up her Company, Animal Physiotherapy Ltd in 2005. Since then she has been the physio for the Pet Spa at Harrods, been on Alan Titchmarch, Sunday Brunch and Daybreak, as well as on BBC London Radio. All of this alongside being the physiotherapist for many large veterinary practices in the South of England.

She has also taught animal physiotherapy to many veterinary professionals over the years and written many articles.
